Memorial Day, May 28,
2018 - Beaverton Veterans Memorial Park. As years in the past, the Oregon SAR Continental Color Guard participated in the Beaverton Memorial Day Celebration. We shot a musket volley to honor those who fought and died in the service of their country. From the Revolutionary War to the present. We thank those who gave the ultimate sacrifice in the name of FREEDOM. Our Color Guardsmen this year were: Commander Mark Robertson and Compatriots Michael Tieman, Fred Heiserman, Riley Erwin, Bob Simpson, Bill Murray, Dean Boring, and Larry Heckethorn.
